"Le chat de Schödinger" (Schödinger's cat) - 2009 - 50x70cm

Schrödinger's cat paradox is a famous illustration of the principle in quantum theory of superposition, proposed by Erwin Schrodinger in 1935.

This drawing can seen vertically (the cat is alive) or horizontally (the cat is dead). The cat is both dead and alive according to quantum law.

The observer effect is the same, it obliges the cat to adopt one or the other state (dead or alive).
